Monthly rental rate is $775.00. Rate is for a standard 12 month lease. Contact the owner/manager for any exceptions.
Security deposit is $500 payable upon the signing of the lease agreement. The first month’s rent is to be paid before a key to residence is issued.
Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable deposit of $250.00. Pets must weight less than 40 pounds and not be considered an aggressive breed.
Individuals with felony convictions, civil or criminal, will not be accepted. No exceptions. Additionally, individuals with misdemeanor convictions as a result of a crime against a person or a drug related charge will not be accepted.
No more than 4 people per apartment are allowed.
